Terms of Use

The rules for using Thayln.

These terms are the agreement between you and Thayln ("we", "us"), of Sydney, New South Wales, Australia. They cover the Thayln app on your PC, your Thayln account, Thayln Plus, the AI Store and our websites. By creating an account or using Thayln, you agree to them. We've kept them as short and plain as we can. Nothing in them takes away rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Your consumer rights

Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For a major failure with a service, you're entitled to cancel your contract with us, and to a refund for the unused part or compensation for its reduced value. For a major failure with digital goods (such as an app), you're entitled to a replacement or a refund. You're also entitled to be compensated for any other loss or damage that could reasonably have been expected. If a failure isn't a major failure, you're entitled to have it fixed in a reasonable time. If it isn't fixed, you can cancel and get a refund for the unused part.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or changes those rights, or any other right you have under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)) or other laws that can't be excluded. The ACCC explains them. If you live outside Australia, your local consumer laws may give you rights too, and these terms don't take those away either.

Limits on our responsibility

This section applies only as far as the law allows, and never limits your consumer guarantee rights above.
